Our private OD/MD group is searching for a medically oriented Optometrist who would like to work full or part-time.

We are searching for a Optometrist who wants to be busy providing exceptional care in a Happy Workplace!  We want to find a talented, relational Optometrist who has a good work ethic, wonderful people skills, great clinical judgement and a desire to provide first class eye care.

Our group is seeking an optometrist to join our family oriented practice in Collingswood, NJ. We are a well established practice that has been treating the residents of South Jersey and Philadelphia since 1978. We are grateful that our practice have been voted as a top practice locally. Our practice features a collaborative MD/OD model, with two exceptionally trained comprehensive MDs and three outstanding, highly-skilled, residency-trained ODs. We pride ourselves on a supportive and kind culture that values teamwork and the quality of care we provide to every patient.

Our providers are supported by knowledgeable, compassionate technicians and assistants who perform full patient work-ups. We have state-of-the-art equipment on-site including: HVF, OCT, fundus photography & more. Additionally, we collaborate with other eye specialists including Retina & Oculoplastics surgeons who are affiliated with Wills Eye Hospital.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Optometrist to join our growing team! This optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care examinations that include the diagnosis and treatment plans for patients of all ages. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough, comprehensive, dilated eye exams
  • Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and vision aids
  • Educate patients on proper eye care and health
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EHR (ModMed)
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Specialty Lenses a Plus But Not Required
  • Valid NJ Optometry license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
