Busy Optometric Practice with high-end Optical is seeking a Full-Time Ophthalmic technician immediately for our Northwest office who is positive, energetic and has excellent communication skills to join our team. Duties will include patient work-ups, insurance verification, and front desk duties. The person must have great communication skills with patients, quick learner, and experience in the medical field. Must be familiar with pre-testing patient and some billing and coding. Requires High School degree or Equivalent. Certified Ophthalmic assistant and 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required and familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an Optometric or Ophthalmology Practice. Performs a variety of tasks and can work under general supervision and be a team player.
